ENRICHING THE LIVES OF JEWISH STUDENTS
Hillel International serves hundreds of thousands of Jewish college students globally, providing impactful and distinctly Jewish experiences and opportunities. As a result, 94% of the students Hillel serves say that being Jewish will continue to be important to them after graduation.
Since Hillel’s audience contains a large number of tech-savvy students, reaching them online is a critical component of Hillel’s engagement strategy. Hillel partnered with Nonprofit Megaphone to utilize the Google Ad Grant to get in front of this audience in a cost-effective and scalable way. With campaigns supporting initiatives ranging from Hillel’s guide to colleges from a Jewish perspective to ads boosting awareness of Jewish holidays, Hillel shares it’s content via the Google Ad Grant with thousands of visitors each month.
Even more powerfully, Hillel’s highly optimized website and eCard program provide the organization an effective method of converting visitors into email list subscribers, which Hillel can then nurture into donors over the long term.
