Though the team at Hillcrest Hope already had the Google Ad Grant, they were experiencing difficulty with effectively managing existing ad groups and campaigns according to best practice standards. They were also struggling to utilize data and reporting in guiding their overall marketing efforts.
By gaining an understanding of the overall mission and goals of Hillcrest Hope, NPM continues to help them further achieve their mission by promoting their services to a much larger audience.

CHANGING LIVES ONE FAMILY AT A TIME
Hillcrest Hope offers a variety of services to struggling families in the Kansas City communities. They have provided the opportunity of housing and stability to many individuals and families for four decades, celebrating their 40th anniversary this year. Their three programs include Hope Essentials, two Clay County housing sites with the capacity to serve 21 families at one time; Hope Opportunities, an incentive-based support program for graduates; and Hope Solutions, an eviction prevention program.
In addition to their programs, the Hillcrest Hope Thrift Store is an integral part of their mission. All proceeds from the Thrift Store support their programs, and donations to the store directly help the families in need during their stay at Hillcrest Hope as well as upon graduation when they are seeking their own housing. NPM has seen tremendous success in promoting the thrift store through Google Ads, bringing greater awareness to the programs at Hillcrest Hope.

Nonprofit Megaphone is thrilled to build strategic Google Ad campaigns with Hillcrest Hope to help make these services known to the local community. The creative keywords and original ad groups designed by the expert grant managers at Nonprofit Megaphone have driven more than 983 new visitors on a monthly basis, maintaining a click-through-rate of 11.11%. NPM is excited to continue to work alongside Hillcrest Hope to provide these opportunities to families in need.
