EMPOWERING LOCAL EMPLOYMENT

The Goodwill of Central North Carolina, also known as Triad Goodwill, is a leader in the nonprofit industry. Underlying everything they do is the mission to promote the value of work by providing career development services and work opportunities for people with employment needs. And they are knocking it out of the park!

In the year 2017-2018, they served over 13,500 people in surrounding counties and helped over 2,700 job seekers find employment. This thriving nonprofit provides these service opportunities by donating 85 cents for every dollar that is spent at its retail stores.

It’s no wonder that when they partnered with Nonprofit Megaphone to manage their Google Ad Grant, they saw continued growth in the form of donations! In the first month alone, the donation pick-up requests increased so much that they suggested their ads for donations be reduced. In the words of the client, “It seems that your efforts to promote donation pickups have really worked!” With almost 500 new people engaging with their website each month, they have also seen a 13.07% conversion rate, allowing more people in the community to support the mission and vision of the Goodwill of Central North Carolina.
