CRM Software Discounts for Nonprofits

Customer resource management (or CRM for short) is the process by which an organization analyzes and optimizes its interactions with customers. For NPOs, this includes creating data profiles for your donors and supporters, gauging how and when donations are made, and determining the best times to contact your supporters through email and social media. Below are the best nonprofit discounts on CRM software that we’ve found. Because CRM is made up of so many moving parts, many of these software packages are multifaceted or comprehensive.
